I set lore points to zero with the magic wheel. Hover over small lore circle and still says i have 3 lore/turn. Suspect this is due to city lore buildings.
The big bug (i think) is that this is actually counting down in whole turns.
E.g. my spell selected says it will take 15 turns to learn, but at 3 lore/turn it is only taking 5 turns to learn
make sense?
