Put this on the Steam forums while playing one day, will put it here as well.
Received this item twice now, seems like it is a leftover from either E:WoM or FE, forget when weight was dropped from the game.
I know in LH it eventually got changed to splash damage.
Removed for Beta 5 per dev (Scott) on Steam.
