The caves specifically are called Caves of Fire, just in case you weren't sure.
Also, as I found out yesterday, equipping any of the pieces of the crown makes it so the ending quest dialogue does not trigger. I'm guessing (based on the way enchanting works), that the game doesn't see any items/gear in accessory slots. Kinda curious if that is intentional or not.
