I have noticed two distinct glitches/bugs on my last time playing.

1) When viewing the Report Screen, where it lists ongoing quests, it lists the title of the quest. That's it. If you click on it to get more info, it opens up as if there is a text box, but there is nothing in the box. All you have is the name of the quest and nothing else. Nothing to indicate what you're doing, where you're going, etc.

2) I had a champion level up, acquire all of his level skills, and then, upon levelling again, I had to go to the "champ level up" screen, to pick a new skill. Problem was, he had all the skills, and it would not let me X out, ESC out, or have a repeatable skill to choose, something along the lines of +1 to whatever stat, ad infinitum. So, the game was essentially locking up everytime I went to level up the Champ. Also, it would not allow me to ignore the notification so I had to give up on that save game all together.
