I like the potential of the crafting system. I have been playing around with it a bit, few suggestions for the crafting page.
- Allow for subcategories within a category (i.e., within Armor allow subcategories such as Leather, Chain, Plate etc... to be created)
- Sort the recipes alphabetically
- Color code the name of the recipe based on the RarityDisplay (i.e., common, uncommon, rare etc...)
Also please allow GameItemType and ImprovementType to make use of the AppliesRandomModifier similar to the way spells work. This would allow for the creation of items and improvements with random game modifiers. Also please change AppliesRandomModifier to allow selection of more then one game modifier. For example setting <AppliesRandomModifier>2</AppliesRandomModifier> would select 2 of the available game modifiers. Not sure if this is possible with the current engine, but it would really make for some interesting replay ability.
