I think that the game is developing well. What seems to me to deserve some improvement is the exceedingly automatized sequence of operations that the game proposes at each turn. I mean: I would prefer to have something like some lamp switching on somewhere in the UI to inform me that I can research something new, rather than being automatically driven to click on the research menu when time comes. I understand that this is a practical help, but it decreases a little the feeling, since the player is led to react to what happens with very little freedom. The UI tends to drive the player a little too pedantically, and eventually, as a player, I feel that my role looks too passive.
