[Feedback 0.701] Work in Progress, Updated Sat 10/11/14

I am not duplicating issues between threads. I figure the developers have logged the issue and are prioritizing accordingly so no need to clog the forums.

  • Possible Bug - Urxen poison dart ability hit my unit Bailey but did not cause damage. This occurred for multiple rounds within tactical combat. Either the poison dart missed, but applied the periodic visual to indicate damage, or it hit but failed to apply damage. It is also possible Bailey is naturally immune to poison, considering the real Bailey hangs around tons of bees whom are agitated by a frog.
  • Feedback - I like the new icons within the sov skill tree
  • Feedback - is the design to only allow units to heal within cities? I feel there needs to be some kind of unit order to have a unit station until healed, a la Warlock series. If the player needs to station within a city to heal without an alert upon completion, the player runs the very real risk of not remembering the unit is stationed. It can end up being an aggravating experience, mostly for not remembering and partly for there not being an alert.
  • Example 1 - I moved onto a quest tile and obtained a soldier as a reward. Please note in the screenshot that the soldier shows 3/3 movement points but the unit is unable to move out of the party or to another square. This could be design, as the party leader scout has 0/5 movement points. However, it appears misleading to see 3/3 movement listed for this unit.
  • Example 2 - there are certain locations or angles on the strategic map where moving the mouse over a tile, in order to select the tile for movement, does not select that tile. It picks another one. This is an example of one such case. I cannot show you the actual mouse as the screenshot prohibits that. However, I've drawn a circle where my mouse is located.
  • Example 3 - Energizing Aura and Ray of Judgment abilities on the Cleric are missing icons.
  • Feedback - loving the Elite Archers I received from Pariden, the Cleric I received from a quest, and the quest I am on to rescue the Dwarves' scout Drodin! We have ourselves some "minor" action!
  • Example 4 - Varda's Holy Charge is missing an icon.
  • Example 5 - a bandit damaged a shard. Are gray mobs supposed to damage shards or just sorcerer king purples?
  • Example 6 - try back in -1 days? Great Scott, 1.21 jigawatts! To be clear, I did previously obtain an Elite Archer from Pariden. This should probably say, "Take a hike, moocher, you already received a unit" instead of "We're busy, come back yesterday."
  • Example 7 - I was able to obtain the quest to rescue the dwarven scout but I am unable to finish it. When I walk on the location to perform the rescue... nothing happens.
  • Example 8 - I had a bug where Varda's unit stack was attacked during the SK turn. I received a warning Varda was under attack but it did not go to combat. When it was my turn, the SK stack that attacked Varda's stack was dead but was still shown on the map. None of my units were able to take their turn. I had to save and then load to fix the issue. My units were then able to move. I wonder if the SK attacked Varda, but then the tower killed the SK unit, and then the game had a problem proceeding to battle because the unit was dead from the tower.
  • Example 9 - In Varda's skill tree, despite Fire Breath being dependent on Maul, the player can choose Fire Breath independent of choosing Maul. Please see screenshot.
  • Example 10 - gamebreaking bug! Despite exploring and destroying everything on the Mountain Pass map, the SK lieutenants are nowhere to be found. Player is unable to win this map. Please note: this was a brand new game started in 0.701, not a continuation.
  • Example 11 - multiple enemy units occupied the same tile. Is this intended?
  • Example 12 - an ice elemental lair on the Aereon map does not have a stack defending it.
  • Example 13 - found another ice elemental location without a defending stack on the Aereon map
  • Example 14 - a third ice elemental lair without a defending stack
