An odd thing started happening fairly recently.

Traits/abilities/etc are being "tripled". By that I mean if I create a character with, for example, Wealthy, the hero starts the game with 1500 gold. Mousing over the Wealthy icon says (I don't remember the exact text) "Hero starts with 500 gold" three times.

Happens with other things too, like Master Smith (now upgrades cost 0).

I figured it must be a mod so I unchecked "Use Mods" but it still happened. So I uninstalled (and deleted all the directories that were leftover), reinstalled from scratch, but it still happens.

Anyone else have this happen? It's a nice advantage, but a little too nice
