For anyone that cares.
Altar must've looked at the faction power score and decided he had this game in bag.
He marched two full armies towards Retia Fortress... I didn't like that so I hit it with Tremor, and it hit all two armies because they was all on same tile.
Then I had a idea, Won't that be quite.... catastrophic if I hit it with a tornado spell? 18 units scattered everywhere? Intriguing. So I went and hit them with Tornado.

Then I marched up my Steel Golem, its an upgraded version of Iron Golem but with better Endurance as in regenerative powers is higher plus faster. and bit tougher and checked one of the melee units from the opposition.

Tremor, so it keeps the scattered units immobile for 3 turns? That's just enough time for my Golems to sally out of Gail fortress and eliminate all of the enemy units one by one in detail
After those two armies got wiped out by Golems annihilating them..
My Sovereign army went into Altarian territory and attacked a Conclave.. They sent three full armies, I read Falling Star and realized it would do 33 damage to each unit and proceeded to nuke three armies protecting the conclave. The big surprise is that Falling Star will also hurt the militia of the city!!! So if you have enough shards for Falling star to do big damage, the militia will get wiped out before you proceed to assault the city.
Then all of Altarian heroes learned what it's like to be killed more than once in a turn
They didn't even stand a chance, Falling star + Storm Dragon + lvl 15+Soldiers led by a lvl 19 sovereign. The main army's soldiers hp is now in 500+hp range due to me spamming guild grocers. I think i have like 10 of them built now.
Basically the war was like, charge to next city then hit it with falling star and all the altar heroes in it is back on 1 hp again instead of like 10 hp and proceed to assault it my sovereign army. Rinse and repeat. The toughest soldiers i seen Altar field was some where in 160 hp range and that was it.
Despite me and Altar being tied in faction power before they got their cities become bugged. The difference in strength of armies was so damn huge. And they even had an advantage while I was swallowing two wildlands at same time by accident instead of one at a time so I had really high unrest while waiting for fortresses to get their onyx thrones up and running. They failed to build up good and their manapool. I had 2k mana before I started my invasion of Altar.
SO when I brought Altar to it's knees I decided to go and demand surrender from Altar....
This is what he told me when the last of his soldiers is 1 hp heroes and a single built unit and Relias himself is Immoblized in hospital healing from Eight Star Falls thrown onto his head.

I got annoyed by him rejecting my surrender demands outright so I dropped another falling star onto his last city which immoblized all his heroes AGAIN. Then my Sovereign Army plowed through Kraxis's Sovereign army guarding the last Altar City and ended my movement in the forest just in front of the last city's walls.
All of suddenly, the kingdom of Altar has been annihliated by Monsters and Ruffians! The might of Monsters and ruffians grow we should prepare for them lest they turn their eyes towards our lands! That's right, AI city got attacked by monsters and destroyed
My only regret is that I didn't take a screenshot cuz I was too surprised by the turn of events. So I saved and reloaded to get the screenshot, 30+ turns and I did exact same things including the one falling star thrown onto the last city but Monsters disregard the last city cuz its funny to make me rage for 30+ turns. I gave up and went ahead and make this thread
OH and I found the bugged city, its a random level 1 village that magically became level 100 lol.
