Alter/Shrine/Temple Icons

I'm playing LH 1.0 at the moment and am wondering if the Alter, Shine, and Temple icons in the magic tech tree have been fixed for the custom factions who choose to play with Scrying Pools  ???

Currently...I see no icons....

As of 1.2, custom factions who have the Enchanters attribute (for the scrying pools) still do not get the option to see the icons for the Alter/Shrine/Temple icons in the associated Shard Harvesting, Immortal Codex, and Ereog's Jounal techs.

I see them just fine in my game. Are you running mods in your game?

yep.

and when I play Paradin, I see them just fine too.

Seems to only happen when a run a custom faction.

It's not a big deal for me as I know they are there. However, if others are experiencing this too....could lead to confusion.

I used a custom faction and I see the icons just fine. It might be a conflict in the mods that you are running. I created a custom faction with the enchanters ability and I see the icons. Of course I was running no mods at the time.

not sure which mod it would be.... or how it would effect icons for that matter. Though, IF it were your Bound Elemental's mod, could it stand to reason that the icons for the special shards (the Resolin_shard....for lack of a better way to describe it....but I think you know what I mean) are not showing up?

Nope... I just ran it with my bounded elementals mod and it shows up in my research screen. Not sure what problem you are running into here.

I have run it Kingdom - enchanters (no binding)

I have run it Kingdom - enchanters + binding

I have run it Empire - enchanters (no binding)

I have run it Empire - enchanter + binding

I do not encounter the problem you are encountering with my binding mod.

Good Morning

Just started a custom faction with binding and NO mods installed (note that I still need Mods checked off in the options or my custom faction doesn't show up to be selected):

The lack of icons persists.

 

Checked out Resolin under the same conditions: Problem persists.

Disabled the Mods option and loaded Resolin again: Problem persists.

Checked Paradin with Mods option disabled: Works properly.

This leads me to believe that the problem lies somewhere in the unique shards that the binding attribute gives.

 

Thoughts?

Are you sure you are running the most recent version of LH? The last update fixed the problem of the icons for the shards not showing up in the tech tree with the binding trait. I do not see that problem as indicated in my post earlier.

no thanks. I don't feel like having steam redownload all over again.

If the problem has been fixed for everyone else, I can live with it.

A fresh install could mean validating your files You don't need to download all the pictures and stuff again.
