Right now the UnitAction--BuildImprovement always will build an outpost type structure towards a city. I would like a modification to this where I can build other type of structures that do not automatically have the outpost upgrades. There is a lot that one can do here with this for example, build a unit called farmer (which I can make) and then have them build a farm that gives +5 food to the nearby city. The current problem is that this improvement upgrades like an outpost... so I can put a hightower on the field. I would rather my own upgrade system for the tiles I make with buildimprovement.
This also holds for BuildWildImprovement... I would like a tag that says its an outpost structure.
