This "buff" just spam initiative mouseover making impossible to see other effecta after ~6 casts (1200 mana is real).
Celerity is meant to permanently increase your initiative. Still, I agree, that the multiple entries in the tooltip are not helpful. Celerity should have only one entry. The same goes for all the other enchantment, that give permanent boosts.
This thread could do with renaming; the existing kind of states the obvious.
each cast add additional buff instance, not increasing power of existing one.
