Issue:

I discovered a tech on the same turn as I won the game by Spell of Making. Instead of showing me the stats for my game, I saw only the select a new tech screen.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to time discovering a tech and winning by spell of making to happen at the same moment.

The AI was also a little strange when I was about to win. Resoln was also working on the Spell of Making, but hadn't yet finished their Forge of the Overlord. They were in first place, whereas I was in *last* place. This meant that the AI felt more threatened by them, and focused their war on Resoln instead of sacking my capital city to destroy my ability to win. Admittedly, my capital city was a nightmare of magic and weaponry. They wouldn't have won any fight for it. It just seems that they shouldn't have bypassed to try to fight Resoln. This bypassing occurred while I was literally casting the spell to win.
