Is the sovereign creation missing something?  I thought in FE I could allow my created sov to get the binding ability, even if he/she was not of the correct race.  Is there any way they can put in some special abilities like that for the created sovs?  I would like to make a sov that can use binding, or create golems, while choosing to be a race other than those that already have that ability.  Ive also seen champions with unique abilities, like call lightning, and would like the option for some unique abilities like that on our sov too.
