I researched dances and can't for the life of me understand what monument it needs for the ashwake dragons recruitment it mentions.
And also, if I build a unit then make an upgrade to their accuracy or defense in the city I built them in after I make them, are the upgrades in accurace and defense retroactively applied to all of my units or just the ones I build from then on?
