So i bought this during the recent steam sale, and downloaded/installed it today.  When i ran it for the first time, it brought up the registration box.  I did not have a stardock account previously so i entered in an email and password, put in the cd-key and hit register. It said i didnt have an account and It moved on to  an offline registration process. Here i pasted in the key I followed the directions, it created the file, i uploaded it to the web page, then saved the sig_bin file into the directory, but if i start up the game, it still goes to the original registration screen.

Since this wasnt working,  I then created a stardock account, then tried going through registration entering in the key and my stardock account and now it says the key has already been used, but cant get past this screen to the game.
