Ironeer Blood says 'Tactical spells cost 50% more'.
Is that 50% more to cast ON a unit with Ironeer Blood or is that 50% more for a caster WITH Ironeer Blood to cast spells?
any unit that had Ironeer blood, to them cast more cost of mana than any factions. If you cast something buff on unit with ironeer blood from unit that are not ironeer blood who are castying to, then no...it's wouldn't cost more of mana.
