Just a few things I've noticed and wondered if anyone elses has experienced the same.
Killing dragons: +1 Essence for every tile in about a 2 tile radius (may be off on that). Got a town up to 5(!) Essence this way (3 base. Killed dragon. Built Scrying Pool).
This is more of a question: I've been experimenting with Betrayers a bit. Has anyone gotten crossover Mages to level up Life/Death magic out-of-faction? I mean I'm playing as Kingdom but gotten a Mage Champ with Death magic but it never is an option to level up afterward. I mean, I was expecting most of the spells to be weaker due to the fact that I wouldn't have Death nodes built but I was still hoping to get up to Blood Sigil/Mass Curse...I realize it may be by design this way but was just wondering if anyone has gotten any Spell levels out of opposing alignment mages.
A question on Map-Making: On placing specific champs they always begin at Level 1 (though oddly still require the corresponding technology to actually recruit) for me. Am I doing something wrong?
EDIT: Oh yeah: Living Shadow champs from Heavenfall's Stormworld Mod riding Wargs: The Warg is all shadowy and incorporeal too...frickin awesome!
