No Binding elemental for Life Shards?

In the faction creator I was trying to make a Kingdom faction intune with magic and nature. I was going to give them the Binding strength but I noticed there is no life elemental. Not all of the perks from Binding are elementals, but as a Kingdom faction will death shards in my Zone of Control change to life? I played the Resoln and they life shards changed to death when I controlled the zone.

If death shards become life for all kingdom faction races, doesn't that unduly penalize this strength for the kingdom? I do not see a reason there couldn't be a life elemental or angels/life spirit to balance the death demons that gain strength with each killing blow.

Thanks for helping me understand I'm new to the Fallen Enchantress and its been awhile since I played E:WoM.

It was an oversight. They didn't plan for it when the ability was put into the custom faction creator. That being said, it doesn't take too much to mod one into the game. So many things on a todo list sigh.

Ah simple minor oversight. Thanks for taking the time to explained it to me. I love the modding potential of this game, lots of fun so far discovering the differences between abilities, factions , ect.

It might also be considered impossible to have a tainted Life elemental being - since that would be a Death elemental.

If you read the description of the Grave/Mirror/etc elementals they all state that pure elementals were corrupted by the Oracle. Since she is Empire ideology all the Life shards turn into Death shard and you get Death elementals (forgot the name). In order to have logical lore you would need to create pure elementals that spawn from all the shards except death.
