How do I delete/edit custom SOVs and Factions?

*Not sure if this is the right place for this, if it belongs in support instead of general I apologize and wouldn't mind the thread being moved.*

Just a simple question I fooled around with the editors today and while deleting a custom made Sovereign is pretty simple is there anyway to edit it without outright deleting it? And for player created factions is there anyway to do either from inside the game? Thanks.

To delete Sov: just Left Click on the portrait on the Sov Selection Screen.

It is not possible to edit the Sov in-game...Just create a new one

To delete a Faction: go to (...)\My Documents\My Games\Fallen Enchantress\Races

And delete the file of the race.

You can delete the units you have created too (in Units folder), but it is better to leave them, because AI will use your created designs, generally they are far better than the standar models.

I figured it'd end up having to be done outside the game client after spending minutes looking for Edit and Delete functions. Mostly I'm just doing this to avoid having faction bloat when I try out something and don't end up liking it. With the custom units I just tend to leave alone, I don't mind at having the AI use them against me and it sure beats having to recreate them every game. It's nice too that you can retire them from inside the game itself rather than having to muck through folders to find them. I still don't really get why they wont let you just edit custom entries in game but I can work with this. Thanks again.

I forgot to tell you that the AI will use your designed units for the same faction u designed it...so it will take some games (at least one with each faction) untill the AI fully use all your designs...

I can tell you that it is very nice to see AI with units that I designed previously...

I read in some posts, that juggernauts from Yithril that the players design (with more armour and HP, for example) can be really really scaring. So my next game will be with Yithril, to design super jugs for the AI , for future games
