I'm somewhat baffled by legalese, as I fear a lot of non-lawyers are. Youtube is scoffing at my trying to enroll in monetization for videos I have been uploading of Elemental: Fallen Enchantress ... they certainly place ads they profit from on videos, but are questioning whether its legal for me to try to collect a few pennies from them.
What are Stardock's legal policies on players uploading videos recorded from Stardock's games to Youtube and trying to monetize (accept a portion of the ad revenues that Youtube gets for viewers watching those videos)?
