I am really excited for this game. I found out about WoM on the something awful forums. I followed WoM from Alpha, prepurchased back then and followed the development salivating. This was the game I dream about. I love fantasy. I love 4x. I love RPGs and I love magic.

We all know what happened with WoM so no need to bring it up again. This is one of the few companies to do a mea culpa and actually give out a free game to customers that felt disenchanted. In a world of business where corporations don't care who you are and just want your money, you really have to tip your hat to Brad and Stardock for what they did.

They got the guy who made by far the best mod ever. Fall from Heaven. They went big. I respect that a lot, and as a socialist I don't say that very often about corporations.

Stardock is one of the few companies that love their games. I am a loyal customer despite always giving them a hard time.

So, thanks Stardock. Thanks Brad. I really hope this game is great. If it's bad though, I won't hold back because I believe you need constructive criticism to point out the flaws and make this game successful.
