Change map view

feel stupid but can't figure it out

ok my map view just got stuck in a overhead plan view... any idea how to change it back to the 3D default view??

 

feel kinda stupid to have to ask but....

I can't find where it tells me how to switch it back

No questions are stupid, I have not seen an official list of shortcuts so I had to learn them from the forums too
