...that is, besides getting slaughtered in one final battle?

Im pretty impressed with the AI in general.  I haven't found a way to get a leg up yet after 3 decently long games on ridiculous.  Was wondering if anyone else was having a good time on that level or has actually won against 4-6 AI.  Leave out the pioneer spam comments if you can.

And please, please please, if any dev's read this, please... please... please... dont show me how much money the other guy really has on the harder levels.  At turn 5 you meet someone and he's got 150k.  Its not a fun aspect to know that.  Lie to me.  Cheat me, but please dont tell me that you did it.
