When launching I would get an corrupt error, with normal downloading, and the Stardock Central installer. 
Now that I have the file downloaded. The installer gives me the message "The following software cannot be silently installed. Please review the software below and click on the install to begin installing each product individually, or click on Open folder the view the installation files for manual installation."

When I do that the file tries the extract, but only gets to around 33% before closing, then nothing happens.
