I'm currently trying to buy rebellion through the purchase section at the top of this page. I own all the other sins game so I get the $10 discount. When I go to check out it says my total is $29.59 CAN. I have exactly $29.59 CAN in my paypal which I put there to buy rebellion with. It took 2 weeks to process and now I can't purchase the game for some reason. My question is why? I have the correct amount so why can't I make the purchase?
Possibly a timing issue with the exchange rate. Rebellion with discount is USD$29.95 and that's 30.48 Canadian as of this moment. If you mail sales@stardock.com they should be able to assist.
When I click buy it brings me to my shopping cart and says my subtotal is $29.59 CAN. If its supposed to be in USD why does it say CAN? I honestly doesn't want to wait 2 or 3 weeks to send a few cents to my paypal to buy the game.
As I understand it all charges are in USD and localized currencies are displayed purely for convenience, but sales would be able to say for certain if that is [still] the case. You would need to contact them to investigate further.
