This screenshot is from the aftermath of an Easy game, so I don't think the AI is supposed to get any resource generation boosts.
Looks like Ceresa has the ability to generate hundreds of millions of mana over the course of one or two turns!
On a semi-related note; it would be nice if the axes would rescale their value limits when you turn off other player's data (for instance when I turn off Ceresa's mana graph, the limits stay at 5M+ making it impossible to see the other player's mana either way).
