[Suggestion] News of Hero Recruitment

I would like a chance; based on exploration tree branch, to see a pop-up when an encountered AI recruits a hero or a monster

Build a Spy Network building (1 per faction) and your sovereign has a 50% to hear of any hero recruited by a known faction.

  • Example: [Warrior] [Axel] has pledged his services to [Lord Xia]
  • Example: [Lord Xia] reruited [Merchant] [Timso]
  • Example: [Lord Xia] has recruited [Fire Mage] [Alexon[
  • Example: [Fire Mage] [Alexon] now serves the [Wriath] [Sovereign Reslon]
  • Example: A [dragon] now serves the [Tarthan] [Lord Carrodus]

Sounds kind of nice ...

Civ IV BTS and FFH2 had this in a way ... announcements when Wonders and Heroes were built (recruited).

 

If you knew the Civ, it said the civ name. If you had visibility on the city, it said what city it was near as well.

Meanwhile, if you did not know the civ, you got the "in a faraway land" bit.
