K not sure if this is a bug or not but a descrepency maybe , because custom units are always lvl 1 not sure if its just a hero lvl requirement. but didnt really think of that till i already made most of this post, so figured id post anyway. 

The ring of storms, and equipment item in the creat custom unit (Not hero) screen in game. Says it requires level 6 to use, but u u can use it on ur units at start of game, are units supposed to be able to use any level item since there always level 1 when u makem?

On another note , are the ring of storms and the Telescope supposed to have a zero labor cost? if so why not just put those to items on teh militia, pioneer and scout by default.
