[Bug] FE Beta 0.75 - Windows 7 Display Settings Make Game Unplayable

This bug is reproduceable.

When using Windows 7, if a user has any value selected other than 100% (tested on 150%) under "Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Display" Fallen Enchantress becomes unplayable with only part of the screen being used for the game graphics and the cursor displaying in the incorrect location.
