A Few Questions

  1. Would you build a Dubai-like city on your wealthy planets to show the natives that you've got the money, you've got the power, and you're not afraid to show it?

2. Would you build a city exclusively for the rich and mega-rich on your planets and, if so, why?

3. On a Volcanic planet would it be possible to build a city over an active volcano(with shielding?)

4. Would you build your cities into the natural environment such as mountains, sinkholes, canyons etc?

1. No, I would rather build a giant death laser and make them fear that instead.

2. No, they can live in the slums for all I care.

3. Yes, I would have a giant floating mega-fortress of doom.

4. NO. Nature can die for all I care. If it can't build my military, it dies.
