Doesn't something have to be late in order to be vaporware?

Going by your standard, every game scheduled for later in 2011 is vaporware.

I dont care what you call it as long as I get it.. either on time or late, and I would rather have it be LATE and good to awesome rather than on time and mediocre at best and crappy at worst.
