Empire issues?

* Regular Empire peasant having 1 less atk speed than normal (pioneers = 2) (can be fixed by going with a kingdom race in custom then ally empire_

* Custom races can build but not train Sions

Just curious. I like Empire a lot and played a bit of 1.1 but it didn't fix this issue, which I viewed as pretty core to gameplay - every empire unit had crappy speed. Or maybe just Resolyn. Anyhow... I might boot up a game and find out, but if anyone happens to know for sure these are fixed, that's a lot faster than getting to Sion stage.
