Bug "DX Call Error"

Bug

I was in Elemental 1.19a , in the game screen looking at installed mods. I alt-tabbed out to use Mozzila Firefox, then as I tried to re-enter game I got the error, something similar to "DX Call Error".

From Control Panel\System and Security\Action Center\Problem Details AND Control Panel\System and Security\Action Center\Reliability Monitor . First time using this in Win 7, much better way of viewing system issues than the Xp/Vista way.

System Specs..Breif

Win 7 64

8 gisg of RAM

ATI HD Radeon 4870X2 (1 card but 2 GPU's and RAM for each)

As far as today all the Drivers have been updated. If stardock needs more information I can do a DXDiag file, just reply and tell me so.

OS drive is on C drive Seperate from Game installs and most other programs

Constant crashing and showing out of memory at the desktop.

i7 920, geforce 275, 6 GB ram win 7 64 ultimate..

My turns will stop. I can access my cities, but characters wont move. Very annoying.

I hit this exact Error back in the 1.11 beta phase. Thought it had been worked out.. maybe its driver related IDK.
