Finally managed to get 1.11 to update (after the 1.9 gig thing you can read about in the Tech forums).
OK, so, I come to build a farm at the start of the game, the Hiergamenon tells me I need 3 labour, the city is too small to have that much population, yet it still lets me build it?
I'm just trying to come to terms with the game changes, is this just something that hasn't been updated in the big H? The tool tip for farm building did not mention a labour requirement.
