I understand that the game may create heroes with duplicate names, and I don't have a problem with that, but in a previous game, when I married off a couple grandchildren, I wound up with duplicate spouses being created.  I can't remember if the duplicates were from my faction or the faction I married them off to.  Soon after, the Next Turn button stopped working.  I could save, reload, and get another move from the Next Turn button, but then it quit again.  Anyone else have this problem?

Is there a utility out there for editing saved games?  Seems like it would solve a lot of problems if you could just get in there and clean up some of these problems.
