Campaign problem

Im on the Campaign with Relis... and Ive run into an issue. Im at the point where im supposed to give 25 crystal to the millitary, I cant figure out how. Caravans, dont work. Trading the sovereign 25 crystal.. dosent work... What do you do?

1) Make sure your version is 1.09E. In normal 1.09 there was an issue with this.

2) You should just need to have 25 crystals availible in your stockpile with no action needed.

Do you mean without updating? No.

FWIW, I updated and I was still stuck because I was well past the the trigger point.  The campaign auto-saves as you go and I had to fall back to a save prior to the swamps and go from there.   It did not take that long.
