If I propose non-aggression, and the #s don't lead to immediate acceptance, I can't use capital or gold to influence the AI. The #s move as I add gold/capital, but when I click on the Accept button, the #s drop back to default, the added gold/capital disappears, and they reject the treaty. I can't get the "sweeten the pot" options to work.
Same for trade treaties... if the AI doesn't want it initially, I can't make it work.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
