So I'm playing as the empire and build a sion temple in my capital as well as an ogre camp by a capture neutral town and yet can't build either sions or ogres. They don't even show up on my buildable unit list. Anyone have any idea why? Is there an additional tech I have to research other than the one to build the building or another building I have to build?
