A short message to the community and Stardock 

I am going to be posting a series of point by point ideas and thoughts on future and current content and mechanics. These will all be posted in the idea forum. Hopefully it will allow us to have a meaningful dialogue on a game that based on all the emotions on both sides we are very passionate about.

 Community: For those of you who are unhappy with the game, Stardock has a very fair return policy. Please return Elemental if you are unhappy, and either stick around and offer constructive ideas on mechanics and content, or check back at a later date to see if the game is at a point where you would consider giving it another go. For everyone else who is enjoying the game, hey visit the idea forum and help people posting there further develop ideas. Lets be more civil and more respectful. Remember despite what you think of the current state of the game, these people have put in a lot of time and effort. The game is not finished, but that doesn't diminish the hard work they have already put in. A little sugar goes a little further then a little vinegar.

 Stardock Team: Most of us are enjoying the game, and with the on going attention I know you guys will give the game, there is no reason the game cant pick up in the sales department. You should be able to sell one copy of this game to at least every Civ, MoM, and GC2 fan. A little love and care, and everyone will forget about a bumpy launch and sales will uptick. Also regarding the forums, yes the forum is not a democracy, but always say everything you do with a smile. If you are going to close a thread because its getting out of hand, invite them to go to the idea forum and clearly state the pros and cons of the current argument in a more pleasant manner. Stardocks most important asset is the fact you guys do things a little different. Take care of the customer and they will take care of you.
