obviously its the same problem.   I assume you have already uninstalled it completely right?       The error to my knowledge suggests that its trying to decrompress files, but does not have proper rights to make such changes or cannot do so because of existing files.

I would say go and manually delete any still existing elemental beta folders.   Also, if you are running windows vista or windows 7, make sure you run Impulse as administrator so that it is allowed to overwrite existing files.
