it's not even that. Unless you have a cutting edge 120 hertz monitor, it is only doing around 60 fps ANYWAY regardless of how fast your computer can generate the frames.

Thanks so much for the update!  I've been able to continue my game (it had become unplayable by Tuesday, so I let my husband play )  So far I've experienced a major improvement in squads and it seems like magic is doing a bit more damage--but I haven't played enough to be sure of that.

Anyways, I look forward to a day of gaming and really testing this patch out while I finally finish my game!  Thanks again!!

Exactly. 60 FPS does not mean that the distribution is even. It's an average number. "60 FPS" tells you nothing about spikes.
