The last time I ordered a game (Spaceward Ho! IV) from the states it took a month for USPS to deliver it. I complained and they sent a second copy by priority courier which arrived in a week. This was years ago but iirc part of the problem was that Canada Customs wanted to charge tax and brokerage fees on it.
So it is quite possible that all the Boxed copies of Elemental are stuck at customs.
Every so often I get things shipped over from the states using USPS. The only time I had a problem was when I bought that game. In fact I just received a package today which was shipped on the 1st of September using USPS. I prefer USPS over priority courier because the priority couriers want me to pay brokerage fees etc which often are more expensive than the item I bought in the first place.
The next questions would be, if they are indeed stuck at customs, what are we going to do with the custom fees. I feel inclined to refuse the parcel if they try to charge me custom fees. I don't want the goodies that badly.
