Polapel ***Bug***

So as we know the AI is getting worked on and needs some help.  I believe however that the Mystics of Polapel have a "nation specific" bug.  I have started 12 games now to test and all results are the same. 

So Polapel doesnt expand at all.  Every single game they have the same city without any pioneers or their sovereign exploring.  For that matter their sovereign just stays in the same spot everygame (usually 1 spot to the left of the city).

 

Not a huge deal but a waste of an AI nation at this point.

I think it's because they're a minor faction, minor factions aren't supposed to expand from what I've heard.

Minor factions do not expand.  It's not a bug.

Minor factions also don't count against the list of AI. There's about a half dozen of them.

They are minor factions, as others have said. I've modded 21 new ones for my own, for my The Giant Faege world. But they don't go anywhere.. they lack ambition.

They also lack decent guardians.  I've see them taken out all the time by AI's I walk all over.

Last time I saw the AI attack a minor faction it took about eighteen units with it, a good six of which were actually groups.

 

Then it declared war on me and insisted on sending the lone fighters / single groups.
