How do i delete a city? i have a couple that i placed in terrible positions not realizing that forest completely blocks construction (is there a way to get ride of forests btw?)
At least for empire, you need one of the conquest techs, whose name escapes me but you recognize it by seeing it has a settlement action. It's in the troop group / skill area.. Zeal? Something like that.
slect your city and push X .
There's a tech for kingdom which says in the tooltip that it allows you to raze your cities but in practice it's not required at all. Have fun.
