I got home today, and saw a nice shiny box in the mailbox. At first I had no idea what it was, then I realized "Oh yeah, I was supposed to get a boxed version of the ELemental: LE in the mail at some point.
So I excitedly unbox it. And as I showcase each item in there, I get to the bottom and realize something: I don't have a pewter dragon miniature.
So does anyone know who I can contact to try and get this fixed? I am sure it was a mistake, but it DOES kind of suck to not actually get what I paid for. Already put a ticket in customer support, but not sure if that is really the right spot (seems more oriented toward Impulse)
