I was playing a game.
I was on a peninsula and had all my army away from my capital.
I reserched one of the adventure technologies that spawns new creatures...
A lone brigand spawned just outside my capital and took it the next turn... burning it to the ground.
Got me thinking:
1. What kind of creatures attack cities and what just lurn around in the wilderness?
2. Why do new monsters spawn so near sometimes? (should be tweaked)
3. A suggestion - if an AI monster does conquesr a city why not make a new kingdome? Would reall spice up things IMHO.
4. I read somewhere that you would be able to give parts of your kingdom to your kids? Was that implemented?
Would be nice to have a maintnace cost for an overall kingdom and that you would be able to "give" cities t your Heroes\children for vassalage... something similar to the old "Crusaders" mechanics... or maybe even inport the whole "court system" once you build the palace.
You could have diferent advisore for diferent things... Like Warlords (boosts army production\eperience in city\empire) , Taxmaster (Boosts Gildar's), High Wizard (Boost for arcane research) and Royal librarian (boost for reserch).
