Who are the mysterious "testers of racial abilities" that are manipulating the people of Altair? Are the Titans back and attempting to corrupt the race of Altair into a new breed of Fallen? Is a new dark evil on the horizon, trying to enslave mankind into a fallen, twisted army to carry out their own bidding?
I suspect, in fact, that the benevolent but rather careless powers that shaped the world left a footprint of themselves behind accidentally.
