Hon. Wargaming;

Try to imagine every cuss word used in a violent temper tantrum. You might approximate what I am feeling right now. This game slows to a crawl every few turns. This game freezes every other battle. This game does not have a manual. It does, thankfully, have forums.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to use equipment. I have the expletive "sword of the Sovereign" I see it every time I go to the equipment store in my characters bag of neat usefull stuff I never use when being eaten by expletive wolves.

I have left clicked and right clicked all over the screen. I have looked at every command in the pdf and the manual.

WTFWTFWTF!!!

I feel very disgraced having to beg for help in this matter.

I appologise but this game is frustrating as hell.

There's a little sword/shield icon/button thing just to the right of the bottom center of the screen when you've got your unit selected. That opens up the equipment. I believe it's on the little picture around where it tells you the groups combat rating.

Hey Pleroma,

I'm not sure what your issue is, but lets start with the basics.

So only Champions and your Sovereign can use items.

To use an item select your character, click the small shield icon next to the spell book on the bottom right,.

Now you can left click items to equip them.

Is this what you are doing?

The sword and shield icon labeled "hit points" is a button. This button leads to your character equipment management screen. Right next to that is a big round portrait of the highlighted unit that leads to a concise character sheet for your alter ego.

What a short circuiting mental block that was for me. I "knew" the sword crossed shield icon was labeled "Hit Points" I knew the big round character portrait led to my character sheet.

Now that I can spend money for equipment and don the gear as well, I need not fear the howling of wolves again. Thank you for your help guys.
