can i destroy city?

it is on a very stupid place

don't need, don't want

Can i somehow destroy?

if no, then i think in the future we need some option to DESTROY

You need to research...Fortifications I believe it was.  I would prefer if you could raze it without requiring any technology.

Indeed, how hard is it to burn a city to the ground and kill all of the inhabitants?  I submit to you that higher learning is not required. Well, maybe knowledge of fire would be beneficial...
